CMVART is a surface design studio specializing in engineered decorative finishes for custom homes and select private residences in Toronto. Our work integrates material intelligence, disciplined execution, and architectural precision across Venetian plaster systems, bespoke finishes, and high-end painting.
We approach every surface as a designed element -not a commodity finish.

 Founded by (MOTI), a CAD-based designer with a background in precision modelling, material logic, and technical systems, CMVART draws from cross-disciplinary experience spanning digital design, façade execution, construction sequencing, and site coordination. This foundation enables a systems-driven approach to surface performance, durability, and execution control.

 Our methodology extends beyond conventional painting into engineered surface systems where preparation protocols, sequencing logic, moisture management, temperature stability, and site readiness directly impact long-term performance. Substrate evaluation, mock-ups when required, execution sequencing, and environmental coordination are clearly defined before application to ensure predictable and consistent results.
